Refund policy

Returns

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind purchases.

We only provide returns in the unlikely event that the item is damaged when it arrives. We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at orders@gemeaux.com.au. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We take no responsibility if the sizing you selected is incorrect.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 


Exchanges
We do not provide any exchanges. Every item is made to order. 


Refunds
We do not provide any refund for change of mind purchases. If your item is faulty, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. We will let you know if we will make you a new item or repair it. Please remember production time is 4 to 5 weeks so it can take some time for your new or repaired item to return.  

If you decide to cancel your order prior to completion Gemeaux will refund up to 50% of the total amount paid due to production costs. Please be aware that production time is 4 to 5 weeks excluding shipping time. During peak times and Covid, this can take up to 12 weeks.
